DEPOSIT AND RESERVATION POLICY:
Reservations are to be a 2-night minimum (3 nights on any of the major holidays) and will be charged a deposit a one night fee at the time of reservation.

CAMPSITE CANCELLATION POLICY:
We cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules or other situations. Therefore, we enforce our cancellation policy regardless of circumstance. Cancellation made prior to 7 days to arrival will forfeit deposit. Cancellations for any one of the 3 major holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) will also forfeit a one-night stay. Cancellations made after 7 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
